We recognize and respect your expectation that privacy be protected. When you provide information to the Township you can be sure that we will hold your information in strict confidence pursuant to State Law. Information is collected, maintained and processed pursuant to State Law and Township Ordinances. Permits, licenses and or memberships are considered to be Public Record and some information open to public view and access.

Private information such as Social Security Numbers, Unlisted Telephone Numbers and other sensitive information when collected for your application is deemed to be Private Information and is not shared or provided to anyone outside the Agency and its authorized agents. No sensitive Credit Card or Banking Information is maintained in the GovOnline system and cannot be viewed by Agency personnel.

General Information deemed to be considered Public Record under the Open Public Record Act and other applicable rules and regulations are available to the Public upon written request and is provided by the Township Agency pursuant to State Law. Any sensitive or private information in any such application, permit, license or membership requested is redacted unless requested by a Court of Competent Jurisdiction or other Legal proceedings that the Township must act.

We do not share Private information with any outside companies or vendors. Our employees access your information to process your request, maintain your account and or otherwise meet your needs. We use proven technology and established procedures for keeping your information secure.

We take appropriate steps to keep your account information accurate and up to date. If you ever notice your information is not complete, accurate or current, please call us at the telephone number on your account statement. We will correct the information as quickly as possible.
